Our Return Policy We understand that sometimes a product is just not right once received. Your satisfaction is important to us, so we offer a 30 day, money back guarantee, subject to restrictions below. If there is any damage to your product at the time you receive it, notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will make arrangements for return and replacement of your damaged item. Please be sure to keep all orginal packaging for inspection. Contact us if you wish to return a product for a reason other than damage. Other than damaged items, most items (except personalized items and porcelain pieces) can be returned and a refund issued, less orginal shipping charges. Bulk orders are subject to restocking fees. All freight costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Credits will be issued to the same account used to pay for the item. All returns must be preauthorized to be accepted, as items are often returned directly to the manufacturer rather than to us. To request a return authorization, contact us by email. We will contact you within two business days with directions and an address for your return. All original packaging must be in tact, and the entire product and packaging in original condition, new and never used. Credit will be issued after merchandise is returned and inspected. We cannot accept returns on porcelain, or customized or personalized pieces, unless there is an error from the original order. If an error was made, we will correct the error and reship the item. All orders are final 30 days from the date of the order. Shipping Information We reserve the right to choose our shippers to deliver your order. Most orders are delivered Federal Express or UPS. A few items are mailed USPS. Orders will be left at the door if no one is available at the time of delivery, or will be handled following the shipper's policies. We are not responsible for the products once shipping has occurred. We will however replace any items damaged during shipping, subject to the policies above. Warranty All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer of the product.
